Anna Murray, LMFT brings a warm, soulful, and deeply supportive presence to her work as a therapist. With a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University of Santa Barbara and a Bachelor of Science in Child Development and Psychology from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, she blends strong clinical training with years of experience across multiple mental health settings.
Anna has served as a clinical supervisor, executive director, individual therapist, therapeutic behavioral specialist, and substance use counselor. This diverse background allows her to understand the complexities of human struggle from many angles—whether emotional, developmental, behavioral, or relational. She has supported adults, adolescents, children, and families in schools, homes, and clinical environments, giving her a deep appreciation for the unique challenges each stage of life presents.
Her specialties include addiction, depression, anxiety, trauma, women’s issues, and self-esteem. Anna takes an eclectic therapeutic approach, drawing from strength-based and client-centered models while incorporating cognitive behavioral and solution-focused techniques.
