About Clari Poppe, LCSW
Clari Poppe, LCSW, approaches therapy with a simple but powerful belief: no one should have to navigate their emotions alone. She understands that feelings can be overwhelming, confusing, or difficult to express, especially during periods of stress or transition. Her first priority is ensuring that every client feels welcomed, understood, and valued as a whole person—not just a diagnosis or a set of symptoms.
Clari brings a warm, down-to-earth, and sometimes quirky energy into the therapeutic space, helping clients feel comfortable enough to explore their inner world at their own pace. Her approach is Humanistic and Client-Centered, which means she deeply respects each person’s individuality, cultural background, identity, and lived experience. She collaborates with clients as equal partners in the process, honoring their goals, preferences, and personal strengths.
Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices, Clari helps clients manage and reduce symptoms while also exploring the underlying causes of emotional distress. This balance allows clients to build practical coping skills while gaining deeper insight into themselves, their patterns, and their needs.
Clari’s experience is broad and inclusive—she has supported individuals across a wide range of ages, cultures, racial and gender identities, socioeconomic backgrounds, legal statuses, and symptomatic presentations. Whether someone is navigating anxiety, depression, mood fluctuations, trauma, relationship difficulties, identity exploration, or major life changes, Clari meets them with compassion, curiosity, and unwavering respect.
Her goal is to walk beside clients on their healing journey, offering guidance, encouragement, and genuine human connection. She looks forward to supporting each person in finding clarity, strength, and emotional wellness—whatever that path looks like for them.
