About Jens Blum, LMFT, LPCC
Jens Blum is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Professional Clinical Counselor with a graduate degree in Counseling Psychology from Cal State Bakersfield. He understands how difficult it can be to reach out for help, especially when life feels overwhelming or emotions feel heavy. Taking that first step is often the hardest—but it can also be the beginning of meaningful growth and healing.
Jens brings a calm, supportive presence to therapy, helping clients shift their focus from what’s going wrong to what is possible. His work centers on developing practical insight, strengthening emotional resilience, and building skills that support clients in their day-to-day lives. By integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness, he helps individuals remain grounded in the present moment rather than becoming stuck in old patterns or past difficulties.
His approach is collaborative and encouraging, offering a structured yet compassionate space where clients can explore their experiences, gain clarity, and move toward healthier ways of thinking and functioning. Whether someone is managing anxiety, stress, relational challenges, or simply wanting to understand themselves better, Jens works alongside them to uncover strengths, shift perspectives, and build a more balanced emotional foundation.
Jens is committed to making therapy a place of warmth, progress, and genuine support. He looks forward to helping each client find confidence, calm, and momentum in their journey toward well-being.
