About Mariah Campbell, ASW
“I found the world to be woefully lacking in safe places. So I became one.”
This quote reflects the heart of Mariah Campbell’s work and the way she approaches every therapeutic relationship—with intention, compassion, and a deep commitment to creating a space where clients feel truly safe and understood.
As an Associate Clinical Social Worker, Mariah considers it a profound honor to walk alongside individuals during some of the most challenging and vulnerable moments of their lives. Her therapeutic style is collaborative, transparent, and grounded in genuine respect for who each person is today. She believes that when people feel seen and validated, they gain the clarity and confidence needed to build a life that feels meaningful and aligned with their values.
Mariah draws from well-established treatment modalities, including trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, motivational interviewing, family-centered treatment, and mindfulness-based practices. Combined with her professional experience and personal understanding of mental health work, these approaches allow her to support clients with both flexibility and depth.
While she brings strong clinical tools to each session, Mariah recognizes that many individuals already hold the seeds of their own resilience. She sees her role not as the expert who “fixes,” but as the partner who helps clients uncover strengths, develop new skills, and move through painful experiences with greater insight and support.
Mariah works with adolescents, adults, and families navigating grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, identity shifts, and major life transitions. She balances empathy with honest, gentle feedback, helping clients deepen their self-understanding and create sustainable, meaningful change.
With warmth and authenticity, Mariah offers a healing space where growth is possible—and where no one has to face life’s difficulties alone.
